Our adoption process...
Step 1
Simply fill out the form using your correct details, so we can get to know you better and match you with the right furry friend!
If your application is a good match, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp for a short interview, followed by a family meeting with the dog. Due to limited resources, we’re unable to respond to unsuitable applications.
Step 2
If both sides agree to proceed with the adoption following a successful trial period, adopters will be asked to pay 1,000 QR directly to the vet clinic to cover the dog’s health check, microchip, vaccines, and spay/neuter. If there is no existing invoice for the dog, a contribution of the same amount is appreciated. An official invoice will be provided by the clinic.
Step 3
One of our team members will bring the dog to your home for a two-week trial period. If the match feels right for everyone, the adoption will be finalized and the dog’s passport will be ready for collection at the clinic.
Step 4
Around one month after adoption, a member of our team will visit your home for a follow-up check. Together with the adopter, they’ll go through a simple checklist to ensure all requirements are met. The adoption contract will then be signed and dated, and a copy will be shared with you as a PDF after the visit.
