Ruby is a sweet young girl who is still learning to feel confident around people. She can be quite shy and reserved at first, preferring to watch from a safe spot while she figures things out. Every day, Ruby is making progress and slowly building trust. With patience, kindness, and a calm environment, she continues to come out of her shell. She would love a family who understands that the best friendships sometimes take a little time to grow.

It’s been a long and tiring journey from the day I was rescued to the cat I am today. There were moments of flattened ears, fear, and uncertainty – but along the way I also found warm laps, gentle hands, and hope.
