Marko is a gentle soul who is still learning that people can be kind. This sweet boy is very shy and easily frightened, often preferring to watch the world from a safe hiding spot. Life hasn't always been easy for Marko, but every day he is making progress and learning to trust a little more. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, he is slowly coming out of his shell. Marko is looking for a calm home where he can move at his own pace. He doesn't need someone to rush him—he needs someone willing to celebrate the small victories, whether that's taking a treat from your hand, sitting a little closer, or finally asking for a gentle head scratch. The most rewarding part of adopting a cat like Marko is watching his confidence grow and knowing you helped him get there.
