Sky is a gentle boy who is still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. He can be very shy around people and prefers to keep his distance at first, but we're working with him every day to help build his confidence. With patience, understanding, and a quiet environment, Sky has all the potential to come out of his shell. He will need a family willing to let him settle in at his own pace and celebrate the small victories along the way. A calm home and lots of love will help this handsome boy flourish into the cat he's meant to be.

It’s been a long and tiring journey from the day I was rescued to the cat I am today. There were moments of flattened ears, fear, and uncertainty – but along the way I also found warm laps, gentle hands, and hope.
