Hi, I'm Fares. And before you ask — yes, I used to be a racing dog. My whole life was built around the track. The races, the times, the expectations. But when it turned out I wasn't fit to compete, I went from being a racing dog to being a problem nobody wanted. They were ready to get rid of me just like that. That's when the Furkids team stepped in and took me out of there. I went from a place where my worth was measured by my speed, to a place where nobody was timing me at all. Just people who wanted me to be okay. It took some getting used to — but I got there. And now I'm happy, settled, and ready for something new. A home, a family, someone to share my days with. I still love to run. But these days, I'd much rather run back to someone who's waiting for me.
