Tala’s Story — Waiting for Someone 🐾❤️ Tala was found wandering the streets of Al Khor, frightened, exhausted, and desperately thirsty. She was also very hungry and looked like she had been struggling to survive on her own. Thankfully, a kind rescuer noticed her and slowly approached her. The rescuer gave Tala food, fresh water, and everything she needed to feel safe and cared for. But there was something that broke the rescuer’s heart. Even after receiving food and water, Tala kept looking around, again and again, as if she were waiting for someone to come back for her. Perhaps she was waiting for the person she once trusted. Perhaps she was hoping that someone would come looking for her. But this time, someone did notice her. Tala was no longer alone. Her journey from fear and loneliness to safety and hope had finally begun. 🐾❤️
