Last week, in the middle of everything… Sahara and Alma left.
At a time when everything around us felt uncertain, when people were questioning if anything was still possible… we still made it happen.
Just one day after the storm — when we were still trying to process the damage, the exhaustion, and everything we had just been through — these two girls started their journey to a better life.
Because no matter what happens… we don’t stop.
We don’t delay hope.
And we don’t give up on them.
Sahara and Alma are now safe, in their forever homes — and this would never have been possible without the people who stood by them.
