I’m a calm and gentle girl who enjoys being around my people and my pack. I get along well with humans and other dogs, and I like staying close, even if I’m not the one running around playing all the time. I’m not very interested in playing with other dogs, but once I feel comfortable with you, I truly love affection. Petting and cuddling are my favorite things, and that’s how I bond best. I do have some food guarding behavior and may try to take food from other dogs’ bowls, so I need someone who understands and can manage mealtime calmly and safely. I’m not suited for homes with cats. I walk well on a leash and enjoy relaxed walks by your side. With the right home that understands me, I’ll be a loyal, loving companion who just wants to stay close and feel safe.
