Hello, I'm Hermes,
the biggest and strongest of my siblings, always ready
for an adventure!
My story began with my mom, Hera, a Turkish Shepherd
mix, and my dad, a Saluki mix. When Mom was rescued,
she surprised everyone by giving birth to me and my 10
siblings just ten days later. She even kept it a secret
from the vet, showing how much she wanted to protect
us.
Out of the 10 of us, 8 survived, and 3 of my siblings have
already found their forever homes. But my sisters Maia,
Rhea, and brothers cearus and arus and I are still
waiting at the boarding place. People often overlook us
because of our size, but here’s the truth—the bigger we
are, the more love we have to give!
I’m full of energy and always up for a challenge. I love
being around people and thrive on their affection. My
adventurous spirit drives me to explore and have fun, and
I’d love nothing more than to share that joy with a family
of my own. I’ll admit, I have a playful streak and can’t
resist chasing cats—it’s just so much fun!
